André DiMino

Responsible for the original acquisition of SofPulse from EPI and as Chief Executive Officer of ADMT has been dedicated to building the model on which this Business Plan is built. Mr. DiMino is currently President and Chief Financial Officer of ADMT a position he has held since December of 2001 after the passing of his father, Dr. Alfonso DiMino - the founder of ADMT. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of ADMT and was the architect of the structure of ADMT during its diversification into the therapeutic medical electronic field.
In addition to his finance and operating responsibilities, Mr. DiMino has been extensively involved in research and product development. He holds several patents which have been assigned to ADMT and its subsidiaries. He has been responsible for the commercialization of medical device products and for regulatory aspects related thereto. He served as Technical Director of ADMT for 10 years prior to becoming COO.
Mr. Di Mino has been President of IVIVI since its founding in 1989 and has been responsible for the establishment and conduct of the clinical studies and regulatory filings for IVIVI and ADMT since inception. He has authored several articles related to ADMT's technologies and developments that have been published in trade periodicals. He has lectured at trade associations and symposiums about the technologies developed at ADMT.
Mr. DiMino was a founder and partner in a managerial and technical consulting firm that specialized in high-tech start-ups, structuring operational plans and strategic relationships. He currently serves on the Computer Advisory Committee for the Department of Computer Sciences at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He holds a BS in engineering and an MBA in Finance.
